[BLDG-SIM] New RFP Posted

A new ASHRAE request for proposal has been posted on the web site
(www.ashrae.org).  It is entitled "ASHRAE STANDARD 15 User's Manual(SP93)"
and deals with writing a user's manual on Standard 15 -1994 "Safety Code for
Mechanical Refrigeration".  Since it is being posted so late, the deadline
for receiving proposals has been extended until January 3, 2000.
