[BLDG-SIM] How to estimate direct beam and diffuse radiation from total horizontal?

ASHRAE's "Annotated Guide to Load Calculation Models and 
Algorithms" has a subsection devoted to solar radiation.  
It doesn't include the algorithms but it does have a large 
number of references to papers containing algorithms.
