[BLDG-SIM] Buenos Aires weather files

Is anyone out there aware of a source for Buenos Aires weather files in
.TMY, .TMY2, or .TRY format.  I need them for use with EQuest (DOE2.2).

Also has anyone had any experience with Meteonorm 4.0 from a Swiss company
Meteotest.  The website says that the program creates international weather
in any format.  Below is the URL:
