Peter and Others looking for international weather data:
 
Won't it be nice when ASHRAE publishes the international TMY CD-ROM.  I
understand that 200 cities from around the world will be on this disk.  Dr.
Didier Thevenard at Numerical Logic who is the researcher for ASHRAE on this
project could likely point you in the right direction towards weather data
