* Unique opportunity for an engineer, architect or other professional with a
background in energy and resource utilization as it relates to building
design
* The position is with a successful, innovative, national engineering design
firm who is looking to further develop their focus on energy analysis and
sustainable design
* Looking for someone with entrepreneurial characteristics who is interested
in taking a leadership role in advancing ideas in areas such as energy
conservation, alternative technologies, engineering optimization and green
building design
* Focus of position is to analyze the firm's new and existing projects and
client base to integrate sustainable design practices
* Leading and mentoring of others within the company is an important
function of this position
* The right candidate will have a solid level of ability and interest in
being involved in new business development
* Company has multiple offices, position would preferably be based in their
Midwest location, other location options are possible
