Energy Analysis/Sustainable Design Leader:

* Engineering design firm looking for a key person to lead work in energy
analysis and sustainable design - firm specializes in mechanical and
electrical building engineering
* This person will act as the energy and sustainable building specialist
within the firm and will have an impact on commercial, industrial, and
institutional building design projects, many of which are large, high
profile, technically complex projects
* Looking for a self directed person to work on sustainable design studies
and implementation on projects, performing energy optimization studies,
cogeneration analysis, alternative fuel source studies, and evaluating new
technologies.
* Position will be involved with existing projects/clients and as the
business development team's energy/sustainability lead person in securing
new projects
* Education qualifications, at minimum, include a degree in Mechanical
Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Applied Math, Physics or other
combination of technical degree(s) and relevant work experience
* Experience range would start at minimum 5 + years, most importantly
though, is the technical experience combined with the skills and interest in
working with people/clients
* Requires someone who will thrive in a team centered environment, and we
are looking for a person who can take a leadership role on projects and use
their own creativity and initiative to advance energy and sustainability
ideas
* Position will be located in one of several offices in the US (i.e Northern
CA, FL, etc.)
