Jeff Hirsch's DOE-2 web site has information on weather data for several UK
sites.  The data is in binary format suitable for DOE-2, but can be unpacked
if required.  The following sites are available at
http://doe2.com/Download/Weather/NON-US/, use the uk zip file or txt file to
get the list.  I don't know what format the files are in (TMY/TRY etc).
