[BLDG-SIM] PowerDOE problem

Greetings:
I am unable to run my PowerDOE model due to the following error:

*ERR*EX-02X**Y where X<0.0, Y is not of type INTEGER, is not allowed
- Executing line 94 in file simdll.f

Has anyone encountered this before and been able to correct the problem?
