DMI is looking to hire an engineer for a position in suburban Boston that involves:
Building energy efficiency engineering for commercial, industrial, and institutional customers
Building energy modeling using tools such as DOE, Trace, and advanced spreadsheet analysis
Interacting with clients, engineers, architects, vendors, etc. over the phone and in the field for new construction and retrofit projects
Technical report writing and presentation
We are looking for someone with good modeling experience as part of an overall skill set that focuses on practical solutions to energy efficiency opportunities.

Demand Management Institute, Inc. (DMI) seeks an innovative person to join

Ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, strong analytical
abilities, mechanical aptitude, and commercial building HVAC
experience. Strong written and oral communication skills are important,
along with expertise with Excel and Word. Experience with building energy
modeling is a plus.

ability to learn quickly might substitute for lack of related experience.
