[Bldg-sim] doe2.1e capability in HP simulation

Dear collegues,
Does anyone knows if it is possible to simulate a water/water Heat Pump
connected to a radiant floor (for heating and cooling)with DOE2.1E (#107 in 
doeplus).
More:
1)The ground-loop heat exchanger for the HP is also allowable for this case?
2)It is possible to provide a water temperature schedule (water from the sea)?
