[Bldg-sim] help: doe2.1e capability in HP simulation

Dear collegues,
Does anyone knows if it is possible to simulate a water/water Heat Pump 
connected to a radiant floor (for heating and cooling)with DOE2.1 (doeplus). 
More: 
can I provide a water temperature schedule (water from the sea)?
can I also suppose to have a ground heat exchanger for the HP?
