[BLDG-SIM] A simple EnergyPlus Model for small office with plant equipment such as chiller and boiler

Hi there,
 
I'm a PowerDOE user and switching to EnergyPlus. I found it's very
confusing when dealing with the concept of node and branch and etc. Does
anybody have a simple EnergyPlus model for small office with plant
equipment such as chiller and boiler? I think it will be much easier to
learn from a small simple and complete model. Thanks in advance,
