[bldg-sim] Another DOE-2 question..

By the way, I resolved my previous OSA question. Thanks to all who
contributed..

Same school. A Base Case and a Retrofit Case.

Base Case is a central plant with 20 some air units, fixed economizer.

Retrofit Case are individual Air heat Pumps, WITH economizer. Also a
Lighting Retrofit (same operating hours).

The LS-F report shows a DOUBLING of the contribution of Occupancy AND
Equipment on the load. Same building envelope, occupancy and equipment
density, same operating schedules. And the program does NOT yet know that
the SYSTEM has changed.

Any ideas?
