[BLDG-SIM] hot water reset

Hello.

I would like to model temperature reset on on a hot water loop based on
outdoor temperature, using DOE-2.1E, v133. The documentation states that
this is done by setting the PLANT-ASSIGNMENT command HW-SUPPLY-RESET =
LOAD-RESET however this does not seem to make any difference in the energy
consumption results. Any information on whether other keywords need to be
specified would be appreciated, as would any information on the assumptions
in the model (i.e. for what outdoor temperatures is the loop temperature
reset?).

Thanks,
Maria
