[BLDG-SIM] pool modeling

I might as well weigh in on this too.  My experience has been that there is 
no readily available model that handles the problem of natatorium 
simulation well.  It's possible that one could use TRNSYS to do this but 
I'm pretty sure that a major investment of development time would be 
needed.  I am responsible for developing a custom spreadsheet based tool 
(along with Marcus Sheffer) that can handle most of the pool HVAC equipment 
on the market.  It is based on the Modified Bin Method and contains 
somewhat simplified models of the building and HVAC systems, but does 
account for their interaction and the large latent loads.
