[BLDG-SIM] case studies for CHP?

Does anyone have any examples or case studies of a combined heat and power installation using the following types of equipment?

1) Natural gas fired recip engine driving generator
2) Waste heat from engine used to space heating and DHW
3) Waste heat also used for absorption chiller

The information we are looking for include

1) First cost
2) Savings relative to "standard" alternative
3) System capacity
