[BLDG-SIM] Error during weather data conversion

I received the following error while converting TMY2 data to EnergyPlus weather file:

Error ( 64 { 40}) [Input conversion error] found while Reading TMY2 file=c:\Energyplus\weatherconverter\final.tm2
Severe ** Error after processing 45 days
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How can I know where the error is? By manual inspection of the input file, I do not find any mistake. I would like to know if the errors are explained somewhere.
