[BLDG-SIM] Double Skin Buildings in Energy Plus

Samuel:

Both Mixing and CrossMixing in EnergyPlus have the feature you  
describe.  Both objects have a "delta temperature" field that sets the  
temperature difference for mixing. Look in the Input/Output Reference,   
Group Air Flow, Objects:  Mixing and Cross Mixing.
