[BLDG-SIM] Any LEED projects getting an ID credit for PV or solar thermal

The project would not be eligible for an ID credit but the energy produced
by the PV system will count toward EAc1. The energy produced should be
multiplied by the virtual rate from the proposed building model and this
dollar amount subtracted from the modeling results for the proposed
building. This value is then used for the calculation which determines the
percentage savings for EAc1. This could be worth another point if it is
enough to move you into the next point range.

Also FYI the USGBC EA Technical Advisory Group (TAG) is currently
considering changing the definition of renewable energy which will allow
solar thermal applications to count under EAc2.
