[BLDG-SIM] Envelope Program

Can anyone recommend a program which can be used to analyze exterior
wall thermal and moisture gradients?
DOE site lists several like MOIST and WUFI-ORNL/IBP.  Any
recommendations regarding learning curve required and user friendliness
would be appreciated.
