[bldg-sim] Modeling hydronic heat pump plants with boiler backup

I am trying to find out if it is possible to simulate a hydronic heat pump
plant with a boiler backup in EnergyPlus. Hot or cold water from the plant
loop can then be connected to fan coils in the conditioned spaces or to the
heating or cooling coil of an air system.
