[bldg-sim] Creating Hourly Report Using Equest

I am humbly asking for help from anyone who is DOE or Equest guru.
 
I was going to create a separate hourly report in Equest. As instructed in DOE2.1 e Supplment, my practice was to put HOURLY-DATA-SAVE=FORMATTED in LOADS-REPORT COMMAND in the input file. Then the input file was complied by Equest 3.53. But the *.FILE, which is supposed to be the hourly report file, was not created.
 
My questions:
1). Does Equest support the hourly report separately created as what was done in DOE 2.1/2.2?
2). Was my practice correct or not?
3) If no to above 2 questions, how can create a seperate hourly report with good enough format for post-processing?
