[BLDG-SIM] eQuest warning

I am the programmer who originated that message. I should probably revisit
that routine, make a couple of changes, and get rid of the error message.
The routine in question attempts to allocate the hourly electric load of a
packaged unit to 5-minute bins so that the UTILITY-RATE can use sub-hourly
windows (such as 15 minutes) in calculating demand. If the program did not
calculate equipment capacity exactly correctly that hour, then some of the
load cannot be allocated, and the peak in the economics section may be off
slightly. The net result is almost certainly negligible.

Does anyone know how to rectify this eQuest warning?

Zone: EL1 East Perim Zn (G.E3)could not successfully
allocate all equipment energy to the 5-minute bins
because of an equipment overload. The peak load
used in ECONOMICS will not include the fraction due
to the overload, but the PLANT reports will.
             Mon/Day/Hour: 1 3 8 Energy: 2.5 Unallocated: 0.310
