[bldg-sim] Visual DOE - Water source heat pump system with hydronic coils

We need to model a water source heat pump system consisting of boiler, cooling tower with a "Heat Pump" equipped with fan, hydronic heating coil and a compressor for cooling. Heat is taken from the water loop for heating through hydronic heating coils and heat is rejected into the same loop from compressors providing cooling.
"Heat Pump" heating mode - valve open to let water into the a hydronic heating coil.
"Heat Pump" cooling mode - valve open to let water into the condenser for heat rejection from compressor.

Don't see any systems options for the DOE (HP) system that doesn't use the compressor for heating.

Any tips or hints of how such system could be modeled would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Peter
