[bldg-sim] PV thermal

Sasa,

We have done it in the past. You can write your own model for PV-Thermal in 
FORTRAN as a new TYPE according to the Input/output schemes of TRNSYS. Then 
you have to recompile all TRNSYS files along with this new TYPE to get a 
new trnlib.dll.
