[bldg-sim] 3.55 SimViewer Error

Hello,
 
I've downloaded a Equest-3.55 version, and installed it. But I can't open the Sim result using the D2SimViewer that is embedded in the 3.55 folder. It just gives me an error information. My computer operating system is XP professional. I am looking forward to any expert who has experienc in working this out.
