[BLDG-SIM] about pv simulation

dear all, i am trying to do simulation for bipv and bipv/t in residential
buildings for annual eletricity yield and energy efficiency.
what programs are available for that research purpose? is espr suitable or
should i use pv program PV sol or PvSyst?
is espr good for that simulation?
it will be highly appreciated if you can give any suggestion
