[bldg-sim] Interior to exterior wall..

Vikram (and others):

SURE you can change an interior wall to an exterior
wall. You will need to do it in the .INP file with a
Text Editor. The change will show up in the Detailed
IEdit mode. Don't go back to the Wizard mode after
that, or the change will erase.

Any trick you could do in old RAW Doe-2, you can still
do. Just not in the eQUEST interface every time.
