[bldg-sim] High KBTU

Hello,

 

I am modeling a building in Eagle, Colorado, and as of now all the HVAC
and Boilers are set up right, but the two boilers are running over 50%
of the time.  Still my KBTU/SF is at 150 for a 24,000 SF building.  I
was told that it should be around 50 or so.  Is this correct for a
building this size and for the location?
