Hello Professor Koerniawan:

 

There’s a researcher at the Desert Architecture and Urban Planning Unit at
the Jacob Blaustein Institute for Desert Research in Israel, who has
published extensively in the subject area related to your question.  His
name is Dr. Evyatar Erell, and he recently completed a PhD dissertation on
an Urban Canyon Model for predicting urban street temperatures when the only
available climate data are from nearby airport measuring sites.  He recently
presented his model to an ASHRAE Seminar in Quebec City in June of this
year.

 

I’m not sure that he would have any software available, but he certainly
would be regarded as an expert in the subject area and may be able to point
you in a fruitful direction.  You can contact him at:
