Matt,

 

You can change it manually in the detailed data edit mode, but changing
floor to floor heights, wall heights, etc.  If you want to do it in the
wizard, you'd have to create a building shell (and associated footprint)
for each zone height.  OR create another building shell on top of the
first footprint that adds the additional height to the necessary zones.
You would make the top zones "Open to Below" in the zone characteristics
box (on the sheet where you define the footprint).

various Zones within the same footprint.
