[BLDG-SIM] title 24

Hi everyone...is there any documentation on running the eQuest compliance
analyses tool for Title 24?  I could not find the topic anywhere.
I have never used this tool and when trying to run the compliance it gives
me a bunch of error messages (something with the sub areas not being greater
than zero???).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
