[bldg-sim] CW Loop Ctrls

I was simulating the central plant for a hotel in eQuest. I have a
couple of questions on modeling the condenser water control.

1.	I was trying to model free-cooling plate-to-frame heat exchanger
between CW & CHW loops - eQuest 3.55 doesn't seem to handle this. Any
suggestions?
2.	When I tried to add VFD on my condenser water pumps, I get a
bunch of warnings as shown below. I haven't used any custom curves for
the pumps (though I used them for the chillers being modeled - but I
tried changing them to default and even then the warnings wouldn't go -
not sure exactly what they mean - any help would be greatly appreciated)
