[bldg-sim] eQUEST- Windows 6.0 glazing defination import

Hello,
I was testing the new Windows 6 research version which
has the ability to create glazing assemblies with
interstitial blinds. However, I am unable to import
the DOE 2 window definition into eQUEST. It’s some
sort of pane conductance error.

Pane Conductance #2 (106666) not in valid range (0 -
10000)

It looks like it exceeds the pane conductance range as
defined by DOE2.
Any thoughts on this?
