[bldg-sim] CW Loop Ctrls

On the first question, one of the chiller types in eQUEST is "water
economizer" - which is effectively a heat exchanger between the
chilled and condenser water loops. You will have to play with your
loop equipment controls and load management to set when the chillers
are cooling and when you are on "free cooling".

I was simulating the central plant for a hotel in eQuest. I have a
couple of questions on modeling the condenser water control.

1. I was trying to model free-cooling plate-to-frame heat
exchanger between CW & CHW loops - eQuest 3.55 doesn't seem to handle
this. Any suggestions?

2. When I tried to add VFD on my condenser water pumps, I get a
bunch of warnings as shown below. I haven't used any custom curves for
the pumps (though I used them for the chillers being modeled - but I
tried changing them to default and even then the warnings wouldn't go
- not sure exactly what they mean - any help would be greatly
appreciated)
