[bldg-sim] Evaporative Preconditioners

This is a follow up to the Evap Precondenser question I posted last week. We are also using a Coolerado 16 stage evap preconitioner fr this building. We also have a Dry-Cor liquid dessicant unit.
 
At the moment I am showing a penalty on heating when I run the coolerado evap cooler (indirect evap) coupled with the liquid dessicant. Is there any way to schedule the evap preconditioner?
