[bldg-sim] Current state of software for natural ventilation

A tool to use for natural and mixed-mode ventilation studies that I have found
useful is the nodal model integrated with CFD available within ESP-r. The
algorithm allows nodal analysis of the whole building and CFD analysis of a
specific part of it so that both CFD and nodal model converge to the same solution.
