[BLDG-SIM] Daylighting in eQUEST

A work around using building shades etc just to calculate the daylight
levels would compromise the thermal calculations. Even if it can actually be
done, depending on the distance of the sensor from the actual external
window, I wouldn't count on the split-flux method to give you very accurate
daylight levels and hence energy savings.
