DesignBuilder provides an easy-to-use interface to the EnergyPlus Airnet
multizone airflow simulation capability. Set the Ventilation building model
option to 'Calculated' to activate Airnet simulations. This allows you to
account for the effect of window opening, cracks in the fabric, buoyancy
driven airflow, wind pressure on each surface etc in your calculations.

  Subject: [BLDG-SIM] Model suggestions

A friend is trying to model natural ventilation for an apartment building
using individual stacks for each apartment. He is looking for a combined
airflow, thermal, & vapour model that includes the wind effects at the top
of the stack. I've given him a couple possibilities but he's open to hearing
of others. Suggestions?

  thanks
  steve
