[BLDG-SIM] eQUEST error causing negative area in external walls

Hello all,

I am pasting below, error lines from the eQUEST BDL file. eQUEST crashes and
when the project is reopened, most external walls would have disappeared.
Any help on how to rectify this problem is appreciated.

*ERROR*****EXTERIOR-WALL EL1 North Wall (G.W3.E5) defined on line 3103 has a
            negative net area
*ERROR****************************************************************************************
*ERROR*****EXTERIOR-WALL EL1 North Wall (M.W5.E21) defined on line 3394 has

            negative net area
*ERROR****************************************************************************************
*ERROR*****EXTERIOR-WALL EL3 East Wall (G.1.E1) defined on line 7565 has a
            negative net area
*ERROR****************************************************************************************
*ERROR*****EXTERIOR-WALL EL3 North Wall (G.1.E2) defined on line 7579 has a
            negative net area
*ERROR****************************************************************************************
*ERROR*****EXTERIOR-WALL EL3 West Wall (G.1.E3) defined on line 7593 has a
            negative net area
