[bldg-sim] humidity control in equest

I am trying to control the humidity to max 50% with cooling coil without
much success (using equest) - most hours are in the 50-59% range. The
manual says that the min-supply-temp (55 in this case) is used for
sizing - so I can't reduce it too much. Reducing the  cold deck min
leaving temp doesn't seem to do much. Is there some variable that I am
missing. 
 
Also, where do the hourly reports show up in equest? Is it still the
cexx.dat file?
