[BLDG-SIM] eQUEST error causing negative area in external walls

Check your window sizes - yyou probably have a larger  (or equal) window
area than your wall area.

Hello all,

I am pasting below, error lines from the eQUEST BDL file. eQUEST crashes
and when the project is reopened, most external walls would have
disappeared. Any help on how to rectify this problem is appreciated.
