[BLDG-SIM] Mechanical ventilation system setup

Dear Thulasi:

UVT (Unit ventilators) are modeled as heating only systems per DOE 2.2.
That is why the cooling fields are grayed out. 

The DOE2.2 manual Volume 1 -Basics p. 161 has a schematic. Also the
eQuest Help menu can give you system characteristics for each airside
system available.

Greetings- 

 

I am modeling a building in eQUEST that is mechanically ventilated,
outside air with fans (no HVAC), with a maximum allowable ACH of 14. I
am thinking using a 'unit ventilator' system would work, but for some
reason the cooling schedule is greyed out. 

 

Any pointers on how to setup an appropriate system will be greatly
appreciated.
