[bldg-sim] need a reality check for modeling fan energy of a 100% CV reheat system

Tom,
Aside from the AHUs, you can also assign zone level
exhaust and specify fan energy and static pressure
across the fans.This will simulate exhaust fans
seperate from AHU fans.
