[BLDG-SIM] Adding TES in eQuest interface

[Tupper, Kendra]

I have modeled thermal ice storage in eQuest before, but I've never
figured out how to add it in the eQuest interface.  I've always added
the BDL code in the input file, then opened the input file with eQuest
to create a project file.  I feel like there must be an easier way to
add thermal storage - any solutions?
