[BLDG-SIM] help: eQuest result review

In order to efficiently retreive and analyse the results in the SIM file
you need to develop some text extracting tools - I use C++ and Perl.
If you want to understand the layout of the SIM file better, get a powerful
text editor that can read the entire SIM file quickly. I use UltraEdit
http://www.ultraedit.com.
For the weather file information you can quickly generate the hourly
weather data using the weather tools that come with Equest.
