[bldg-sim] eQUEST - Simulating a bypass deck for MZS

The DOE 2.2 Topics manual explains how to use a HEATING-SCHEDULE and COOLING-SCHEDULE with hourly values set to 65F to simulate a bypass deck for a MZS.  I can't figure out how to input that into eQUEST.  Is there anybody who can explain how to model a MZS bypass deck?
