[bldg-sim] new simulation users group, with an Oregon focus

Hello fellow modelers and energy engineers,
 
We have started a building simulation users group in Oregon that might be of interest to anyone working on Oregon projects. If you do work in Oregon, you're welcome to participate in our forums (third Wednesday of each month). Although our primary focus is Oregon, our interests range beyond into all aspects of building energy engineering and modeling. You can also join our Yahoo! users group, a lot like BLDG-SIM, but with an Oregon emphasis.
