[bldg-sim] combine space heating and domestic hot water loop

Hi, 

Is it possible to combine the water loop for space
heaing and domestic hot water together in a commercial
building? What are the potential problems or
difficulties? 

I think the two loops require different water quality,
but not really sure if this is the case. The two loops
might also require different water temperature. How
should the gas burner cater for this?
