[bldg-sim] eQuest Series HX Modeling

I was wondering if there is away to model a free cooling heat exchanger
in series with a chiller and powered by condenser water. That would
ensure continuous load reduction on the chiller when ambient
temperatures permit. I know we can add a heat exchanger in parallel with
the chillers as in conventional free cooling.
